to and fro

well, it has been a long time. i will continue to come and go for much of the next four months (and probably thereafter as my life seems to be heading this way ...) with trips, both for work and pleasure. many different places but tomorrow, i'm off to eritrea for ten days' work (and, sadly, i fear that i shall not get much photography time while there) ...



first, i was delighted to find that in my absence, intao suggested my photo, balance, for a DD and this was featured by rhapsouldize. i am very honoured; thank you.

second, having been away from my computer for so long, there were over 4,500 fabulous deviations submitted by the people i'm watching (when i am not away), a pile of s, s, comments and the occasional s .... i will not be able to answer all these but i am grateful and will spend as much time as i can perusing the work out there.

third, the time away has yielded a few photos that i will be uploading in the coming weeks ...
